Hi, my name is Emily Lee. I’m currently a G10 student in UWC CSC. As an ESTJ, I’m described by my friends as “a warm-hearted straightshooter” in my daily life. My passions are debating, business competition and recently take an interest in MUN. I also do Kpop dancing to relieve stress. Positions and Responsibilities
“Updates of the Recent World” Topic Seminar + Online Debates
Program Managers
Specifically plan for the upcoming activities (seminars & debate) include sections such as but not limited to: theme, topic, agenda, discussion questions, etc.
Finish the activity proposal, refering to the document: “All You Need to Know to Plan a Seminar” and “All You Need to Know to Plan a Debate”,
The proposal will be reviewed and added with comments,
Make changes according to the review and comments,
Act out the plans according to the times and deadlines set within the proposal;
Make the slides for each debate and seminar,
Ideate advertisement for each activity and plan out what is needed to be promoted,
Invite professional guest speakers for each activity
Plan and conduct other interesting ways of hosting the activity, including but not limited to,
inviting guest speakers to record videos,
introducing games and new concepts;
Reporter
Take notes during the activities about highlights of the event for report use,
Write reports for each seminar and debate, including information such as but not limited to,
Summarization of the topics and ideas discussed,
Key takeaways,
Highlights of the discussion
Conclusions,
List out additional information, including but not limited to,
Inspirational books
